DAMA-RMC is an affiliate of DAMA International.

The Rocky Mountain Chapter held its first meeting in May 2013 and was approved as a 509(c)(2) non-profit public charity professional organization in December 2014.

Code of Conduct and Ethics

In order that DAMA-RMC may better achieve its purpose, the following Code of Conduct and Ethics are adopted and shall govern the conduct of all DAMA – Rocky Mountain Chapter (DAMA-RMC) corporate members, individual member representatives, guest attendees, speakers and presenters.

All such persons, in connection with all DAMA-RMC and/or DAMA International business matters and activities must:

  • Conduct themselves and their activities in a professional manner marked by integrity and spirit of fair play
  • Refrain from engaging in any activity which would violate the proprietary rights of their employers, DAMA-RMC, DAMA International or any other person(s) or organization(s)
  • Abide by the Guidelines and Policies of DAMA-RMC and DAMA International
DAMA-RMC believes in diversity, equity, and inclusion and we are against discrimination in any form.

Diverse experiences and perspectives create a richer learning environment and community.  The desire to learn about data management best practices or contribute experience and ideas for the benefit of others is the common affinity of DAMA-RMC. Everyone is welcome to take part and contribute.
